Description
The Belly is cut from fresh albacore from the northern coastline of Galicia, landed at the port of Burela. This is the tenderest and most succulent part of the fish, finely sliced and carefully canned by our artisans. To make the product even more delicious, we add olive oil, enhancing and improving the flavour over time.
