Where can I find your products?

You will find our salt fish on our website, in our three bricks-and-mortar shops in Cartagena, and at most major Spanish supermarkets.

How can I purchase via your website?

The purchase process on our website is very straightforward: from the main menu go to the “products” section and select the type of product you want to buy (salt fish, smoked, canned, frozen, bluefin tuna), select the product and add it to the shopping cart. Repeat this operation for all the products you wish to buy. Once you have finished filling your basket, go to the shopping cart, which you will find at the top right of our website. Go through the series of steps: add your personal details, delivery address and payment method. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email to let you know that the purchase has been successfully processed. And that’s that. In 24 hours you will receive your order at home!

How do you ensure the quality of the products during transportation?

All our products are individually packaged at our own factory and transported between 0° and 8°, the same temperature at which they are kept on our premises. We work with specific transport companies to ensure there is no disruption of the cold chain during transportation so the product reaches you in optimum condition.

Do you deliver throughout Spain?

We send our products throughout Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

How long do the products take to arrive?

You will receive your products in 24 hours.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery from our online store is free for orders above €60. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is €9 for the Spanish mainland and €24 for delivery to the Balearic Islands.

Can I return products?

As these are food products, returns are not possible.

Can I place a gift order?

Of course! If you would like us to send your order directly to the recipient of the gift, simply specify their name and address when you complete your purchase.

I have a restaurant. How can I serve your produce?

If you would like to serve our produce at your restaurant, you can purchase via our commercial representatives, our authorised distributors or directly from us, either via our website, or by contacting us using the online form.
