  • 2 tbsps. of paprika
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • A few slices of toast
  • Black pepper
  • A few sprigs of fresh thyme

How to prepare sea sobrasada with smoked cod roe

  • Cut open the roe at the top like a baked Camembert, and spoon the contents into a bowl.
  • Place the roe, paprika, black pepper and olive oil in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Lastly, spread the sobrasada on slices of toast, and serve with sprigs of thyme.
