Description
Dried Ling Roe is an outstanding and highly prized delicacy, an essential feature of Mediterranean hors d’oeuvres. It is eaten cut into very thin strips, sometimes bathed in a few drops of extra virgin olive oil, or simply grated to lend added flavour to pasta dishes, pizzas or oven-baked fish. We recommend grating the tips of the roe to make “ling salt”, as the finishing touch to your creations, giving them a distinctive “savour”. Natural, artisanal produce.
